At LMSS, we’re more than just a staffing agency we’re a family.

Our journey began from a deeply personal place. After a serious accident left a loved one in need of round-the-clock care, we experienced first hand the emotional and practical challenges of finding reliable, compassionate support. That experience changed everything.

We saw the gaps. We felt the frustration. And we knew things could and should  be better.

That’s why LMSS was born to reshape how agency staff are perceived and more importantly how they perform. We're on a mission to raise the standard of care by ensuring that every LMSS staff member integrates seamlessly into your team, shares your values, and delivers support with the same empathy and dedication we’d want for our own loved ones.

Since 2018, we’ve proudly provided high-quality staff to care homes across the UK.

Many of the care homes we serve today came to us through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied managers. And we haven’t advertised for staff in over two years — because our team continues to recommend LMSS to their own friends and family.
